James He is the co-founder and CEO of ForDoz Pharma.

He has more than 20 years experience serving in management positions in pharmaceutical companies. Prior to founding ForDoz Pharma, Mr. He was the CEO and the chairman of the board of Changzhou Jinyuan Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. , Ltd. He successfully led the development and commercialization of multiple complex injectable products including Doxorubicin HCl Liposome Injection.

Sydney Ugwu, PhD, CSO

Dr. Sydney Ugwu is the co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of ForDoz Pharma. Dr. Ugwu has more than 25 years of experience in complex product development and held different management position of Pharmaceutical R&D at well-known pharmaceutical companies in the United States. He has successfully developed a variety of NDA and ANDA complex drug products, including Doxorubicin HCl Liposome Injection and Abraxane (paclitaxel protein-bound particles for injectable suspension).
