At ForDoz, we established proprietary particle-based drug delivery technology platforms which enable us to develop and manufacture superior products that improve patient care.

Liposomes (100 nm)

Liposomes are phospholipid-based nanoparticles which encapsulate pharmaceutical agents are formulated to improve their therapeutic index and enhance solubility.

Micelles (10 – 30 nm)

Micelles are nanoscopic core/shell structures formed by amphiphilic block copolymers which is particularly well suited for drug delivery purposes.

Nanocrystals (100 nm)

Nanocrystals are pure drug crystals with sizes in the nanometer range. The physical properties of drug materials are changed when transformed into the nanodimension, which enables us to develop new innovative formulation for poorly soluble drugs.

Emulsion

Emulsions are the thermodynamically stable isotropic system in which two immiscible liquids are mixed to form a single phase by means of an emulsifying agent.

Submicron Crystals (~400 – 900 nm)

Submicron Crystals are pure drug crystals with sizes in the submicron range. The physical properties of drug materials are changed when transformed into the submicron dimension, which enables us to develop new innovative formulation for poorly soluble drugs.

Suspensions (~900 nm)

Suspension drug delivery system is designed for the formulation of poorly soluble drugs. By nanosizing the particles of poorly soluble drugs, suspensions have many outstanding advantages for drug delivery.

Microspheres

Microspheres are polymer-based technology in which pharmaceutical agents are encapsulated in polymeric matrices to control drug delivery rates and enhance drug stability.
